Ventana signs a partnership with SEL

Some time ago, SEL and Ventana began a partnership to capitalize on their respective specializations, logistics and tourism, guaranteeing their clients competence, quality and results.

The main objective is to create tour packages for the exciting world of two-wheel sports competitions.

Ventana with its Sport Events division, together with Sel, began this process with both parties bringing their own business culture in the sports field.

Sel, a company of Arcese Group, is specialized in the logistic services and transportation for the most important motosport events.

Ventana Group started heading down this path in 2007, when it inherited some human resources from the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino. Among the most remarkable experiences, Ventana numbers the logistic and hospitality management for the World Air Games in Torino and the exclusive sponsorship for TOP (Torino Olympic Park): on behalf of this corporation, in fact, Ventana handled all the logistic activities for the 2010 Figure Skating World Championship in Torino, two editions of the Uleb Cup Final Eight (basketball) and the Short Track European Championship. The company’s reliable background in winter sports has now been integrated by another area of expertise, thanks to SEL’s knowledge of the two-wheeled world.

The mission in this sector is to transport as much of the “extended family” as possible, along with anyone who wishes to follow these sporting events live.  In fact, Ventana is owner of a personalized on-line booking system, which will be customized for the Motocross, World Superbike and MotoGP championships.  This system will make it possible to search for both hotel accommodation and travel (flights, road transports, etc.).

The investment will be made initially in 2011 Motocross of Nations, which will take place in Saint Jean d’Angely, France, on September 18th.  

In parallel with this project designed for the public, the collaboration between Ventana and SEL has also the purpose to offer a personalized service for the individual teams, team sponsors, and organizers.  

Ventana is Official Travel Agency for the MX1 Motocross World Championship organized by Youthstream, which is provided with all services related to transport, logistics, hotel accommodation, hospitality for VIP guests, hostess management.
